I am trying to connect my iPhone to the Uconnect on my 7" Fiat 500 media player.
I have Uconnect app on my phone and the Media unit recognised my phone but the phone generates this message:

This vehicle is currently associated to another user Please ask to the vehicle owner to invite you to use the Uconnect LIVE services.
The car was purchased through a dealer and I have no idea how to overcome this problem. I was hoping to do a software update in the hope that this would solve the appalling DAB reception I'm getting.
I have connected my phone via bluetooth and successfully used the phone and downloaded my address book. Many thanks for any help with this.
