Hey, i took my standard head unit out to fit to my new JBL amp, basically it says i shud av a blue wire as the remote/P-cont?

I av two blue wires, one blue and red, the other blue and orange but they dont seem to be the right shade of blue, where do i find the remote wire on the back on my head unit. Does the fact i hav steering weel controls make a difference??
