A little issue i came across whilst removing and cleaning indicator glass on my panda was that 3 out of the 4 screw heads were shattered (being made of plastic)
1) Remove the screws with a philips 3 srewdriver applying correct pressure to prevent further shattering.
2) Grind down the plastic tip carefully until splinted plastic has gone
3) Heat up the screwdriver tip with a bunsem burner until it begins to turn blueish.
4) If you then press heated tip into plastic head it will mould and produce a grove once more.
If the screw head is beyolnd saving simply use a screw of same thread and size and seal with silicone to prevent rusting.
