yea, its a photoshop... the pictures of the GP cc ive seen its different from that although! The cc does have alot more appeal than the GP at the moments seems to be getting common as muck around my neck of the wood! I like something abit difference and foretunetly stilos are few and far between around here......

The 'official' pictures of the CC in Auto Distress show it having a different nose that makes it look totally gay.
I guess that they are trying to make it appeal to ditzy girls for whom the current Maserati style nose is just too good. They have softened the front end up to make it look 'cute'. Actually makes me think of the 'new' Fiat 500 that they showed as a concept not so long ago and that will go on sale in 2007.
All the front bumper structure is different, although headlights are the same. Presumably this different front end would bolt onto a standard car. However, it looks crap and anyone that did that would need to be beaten.
The rear end features a central exhaust.
As usual with Auto Distress, there's no way of telling if this car is real or not. The mag says 'official', the car looks complete and finished but the article says no production until 2008. The car looks nothing like the photoshopped images above.
This is yet another reason why Auto Distress is fit only for cutting up and using as toilet paper.

Punto CC? Just a reason for young ladies to pay over the odds for car that they never take the roof off as they don't want to get their hair messy!
Last week with all the hot weather, did you see any 206cc's with the roof down? No, thought not. Saw about 20 in one day with them up tho :bang:

I saw plenty of cc's with the roof down My mums 307 included...
Theyre perfect for GB weather, roof up in winter where it doesnt feel like a convertible and down in summer at the flick of a switch!!

I hope they do a proper convertible. Name me one CC that actually looks nice and proportional. The only one that looks fairly good is the Merc SL, but even that looks gay.

They're not perfect for UK weather (well, Peugeot's aren't anyway) because it rains here a lot, and Peugeot CC's seem to have something of a reputation for either leaking, or not putting the roof back up after it's been down.
Especially if you have parked on a hill, on a kerb or anywhere that isn't dead flat.
This is not good stuff, but Courtster is dead right about the girl thing... when was the last time you saw a straight bloke driving such a travesty? Megane CC, 206, 307... all are driven by girls.
A friend of mine sells Alfas, Maseratis and suchlike - he took a 206cc in part ex against a 147 (good choice, seen the error of their ways) and when he put it up for sale, had about 20 calls from girls under the age of 25.
They pay over the odds for a supermini with a roof of dubious quality and then never put the mofo down. Perhaps this is because they know it:
a) won't go down
b) won't go back up
c) will mess up their hair
d) show the fake tan tidemark down the back of their neck more clearly
e) make it easier for the bailiff to repossess it after they maxed out credit card/loan number 8 to buy it.
Or, if it's green, they don't actually want anyone to see them driving it, but they still had to have it. Just HAD to have it.... that whatsername of Eastenders has got one, innit?
