Not heard of ePer before but googled for it. Very useful if it works, but I am currently getting frequent error messages before I get to the page I would need. I will try again later.

My car is a 2008 model. 8v, 1.4 It definitely uses 8mm bolts for the main ones down either side of the sump, but as far as I can tell there is clearance around the holes so I assume these to be 10mm diameter, or thereabouts. I wonder if they changed the spec at some stage, to give more tolerance when fitting the sump. The 4 smaller holes at either end would hold the position accurately.

You're probably right with the tolerances, to be on the safe side I'd use flat washers under the screw's heads if they're not already "flanged" type.

Regarding ePer, it is downloadable as ISO file, which once mounted (or burnt on a CD/DVD) will give you access to a bunch of FIATs with many many more stability than the Forum's version...
