Hello,

I have just bought a Fiat Grande Punto 2010. I after looking around the internet and trying to figure it out myself, I still haven't got anywhere. I know the car how a usb port and I know you could poissble use that. All I need to know is do I need to buy and AUX cable or can I use the USB port.

If I can use the USB port could someone pleased tell me how to set it all up.

Thanks, Luke.

Hi Luke and welcome on board !

Plug the stick in the USB port, select Media Player from the source pad on the Wheel or @ the head unit: the system will read the stick and play the music on it … Try first with a reasonable stick (2 or 4 GB), FAT32 formated and MP3s files in a single directory (root). If that works, you'll be able to create groups (directory) with different music styles, albums, playlists etc...

Do you have to have your music on a stick. Can you not play the music from your phone? Using an app like spotify?

Actually never tried it as I think the Bluetooth function is only for phone communication in case of call … Alternatively you could use a cigarette lighter USB /BT to FM adapter and use the standard radio system.

I think I am going to pay the £4 for the AUX cable and connect it to the back of the radio. Thanks for your help though!

Was wondering the same thing - I have tried and it doesn't appear to play Spotify from my phone
