Hi all, I own a 1.2 8v engine and have cold starting and idle problem, can someone please let me know where the ICV is located?

Most Fiats don't have a dedicated ICV, as other cars (hondas).
The idle is maintained by the ECU moving the throttle (i assume it's drive-by-wire)

Following on from Aurick86's comment, first thing would be to inspect / clean the throttle body.
Next is to use a Multiecuscan or similar to see that the car thinks the air temperature is (probably sensed by the MAF sensor, but I don't know that engine) and if there are any fault codes.

Thank you for your reply's, I will clean the throttle body and check the Map sensor first.
