I must admit, I've never understood the appeal of chavving up cars. The only modification I've ever done to a car was when I put a locking fuel cap on my 1st car, done purely for security.

I didn't even want to put a CD player in my old mk2b because it would spoil the standard look of the dashboard, lol!! [emoji23]

Well I picked up the punto'needs a few niggley" bits sorting..sun visor clips.
Yellow warning triangle is on dash? Bulb out maybe..
Engine mount is fubar can hear a clunk on switch off..nowt major

Igot the yellow triangle off at last..bulb cluster connecting earth pin corroded.
Ended up with the brake light flashing instead of the indicator..just like an American car.

Next list of gremlins to sort:
No horn.
Squeaky clutch pedal
Gearbox mount fubard.
Steering wheel leather pealing off?
Handbrake stiff..new cables needed maybe ?

I've got the same issue with the brake and indicator lights swapping over, but when I was finally ready to fix it it stopped...

Been waiting for it to return, but so far the winter weather seems to be doing it good

For now I've just cleaned up the earthing pin on
The bulb cluster..but I will replace it shortly..
I think once that pin rusts it will just cause problems again..

I might just get some rear lights off the evo model and do the mod.?

I keep wanting to replace my radio but that keeps bothering me, the radio looking out of place with the console. Got my eye on that other thread going on about the touch screen radio for partly that reason.
