Anywhere. The entire chassis of the car is connected to the batteries grounding or negative terminal. Just find a bolt to attach the wire to! If you are installing the sub in the trunk then pull up the carpet and there might be a bolt in the area below the trunk carpet. Just make sure the bolt has great metal on metal contact to the chassis and there is no paint between it etc.
