Do all GPs have one? I've had my GP a few years now, done around 40,000 miles and never had any notification. Not an issue as it has been serviced religiously, just curious.
If they do, how do I turn it on?
Thanks
Matt

I think I'm correct in saying that when the car is delivered to its dealership from the factory, it is set up by the dealer with 9 service 'coupons' stored on the ECU. Once the cars service light has been reset 9 times it will no longer prompt a further service unless the service coupons are reset to a value from 1 to 9. This can be achieved using multiecuscan. Did mine recently, it's a simple enough process (y)

Yup you are correct 9 coupons with service indicator every 30.000 KM. (now it's every 15.000 KM - I don't know about how many miles)

If you don't reset coupon for some time after service message it goes away forever and you don't have to reset it never again.
