I have a vl36 turbo which I'll be getting fitted soon and I'm just wondering if there's anywhere to buy the gaskets for it? (check images to see where I mean) Or are the ones currently being used on my vl37 usually good enough to use again? Cheers

You can get them directly from fiat for about £50 for both.

This is the code for the square gasket between the manifold and the turbo: 5521445;
And this is the code for the gasket between the turbo and exhaust 51814387 ~ 27 GBP.

You should change the gasket for the bottom oil feed as well mate, they are only about £3.

Thanks mate, that totally slipped my mind as I was just looking at the main ones! I think I'll see what price Fiat wants for them

Im sure they are only about £3, they call it something like a turbo oil clip but its just a little gasket

Sorry mate, thinkI'll be keeping it just in case something happens with the vl36 (I'm hoping nothing does!) but I will also be keeping if I revert back to standard.

Also if anyone is interest I found out the most recent part numbers for the turbo gaskets:

between manifold and turbo 55224615
between turbo and exhaust 51814387
oil feed 55196740

However Fiat wanted £67 for the lot... I have tried another way to get these gaskets cheaper (I know expense shouldn't matter when it comes to something like gaskets; but they will still be OEM quality) and I will let you know if it has worked when they arrive!

Any old rhf3 ihi gasket should do for the one side but unsure on the other... . Await your reply .

Hello Mate, Sorry I totally forgot about this post! I managed to get the between manifold and turbo 55224615 gasket and oil feed 55196740 gasket from eBay. I just got the between turbo and exhaust 51814387 gasket from Fiat for £27 or so. However there is also a gasket on eBay from Germany which the guy said it would be 6 euro delivery to UK; which is still cheaper than getting from Fiat. Here are the links:

It may also be worth noting that your original gaskets from the vl37 are the same as for the vl36 turbo; many people just use their original gaskets however I was just being extra safe Hope this helps! Feel free to fire away any other questions and I'll do my best to answer, Cheers.
