hi am thinking of changing my light bulbs to something bit brighter then the stock bulbs because the yellow lights not for me anyway i have no idea were to start so if anyone that has any installed any please could you reply with a name or possibly a link, am not interested in the HID conversion just yet , for now i just need something bit more white/blueish/brighter , but yea thanks in advance.

Look at osram night breaker + about £12 on amazon . (all legal and e marked)

GP they are 100w so they are bright
With a hint of blue

I used a higher watt bulb in my old car for the same reason, I didn't want HIDs. In the end they blew a fuse and the hi-beam lights didn't work after that..
HIDs are easy to install and relatively cheap too, I know that's not what you want but I love mine!

HIDs in the standard light units on a GP are NOT legal.

Go for Osram Night Breaker Plus (H4 fitment)

Can't go wrong.

nearly double the wattage and heat...... watch out for damage to the headlamp reflector and wiring loom.....

Oh and blue enveloped bulbs get hotter too

Its not worth the risk use the recommended watt bulbs or you could end up having to buy new front lights and a new wiring loom.

Osram night breaker plus do a great job and they are 100% safe.

should i get osram side lights aswell if so any suggestions ? thanks

Is it any marked H4 or is there a specific fitment for the GP?

Any h4 bulbs will fit mate

As said above. Osram Nightbreaker Plus H4's. I got a pair off ebay for about £12. Took about 3minutes to change and the white light looks better and vision at night is massively improved too so win win situation

You got suggestions for side lights?

Sidelights are 501 fitment seen a few people on here have MTEC sidelight bulbs

Silvatec chrome 501's I have in my GP no complaints with them

how do you get the headlight bulb out ? i kinda wriggled it about for a couple of minutes then gave up , ive got the mtec sidelights and there great tbhh
