Basically, does it work like the Blue&Me equipped versions? Does anybody know if it charges whilst you drive?

I currently just have the cable that goes into the CD changer port but it doesn't charge the phone which is pretty annoying. If this will still allow me to access my Spotify playlists, use my TomTom app and charge then it will be well worth the money. Plus it fits into the same slot my current cable is in, right?

Not sure about this one specifically.

I bought the xcar link and that charges, uses B&M blue tooth, give you full access to change tracks on iphone or steering whell. and its cheaper.

Thats what I use - along side a cheap iphone holder.
