Technical Key question

Hello everyone
I need some advice-help
I have a grande punto 2007, i have both keys yet remote and clasic one, the remote one needs a replacement so i searched online and found some keys but here starts my questions

1) does the remote key needs to be programmed or if i transfer the chip to the new case there is no need to program the key?

2)if needs to be programmed can i do this following the steps found on the internet inserting the old key in to the car turn on of and such things or do i need to go to local key shop for the job? Cause here on greece they ask crazy money so if there is no way to avoid this i prefer to keep my old key as it is

If you transfer the circuit board ( PCB) it should work ok

I did this on a 2007 multijet without problems

(The KEYCODE is accessible via the OBD port IF you need to add 'new' keys )
