Will go down and see what they say as there is only one which needs refurbing but want all of them powder coating. Hopefully be a bit cheaper with only one needing a refurb

Can't decide whether to go antracite or black though.

i had mine fully repaired by SWWR south west wheel refurbish! £50+ vat a wheel but they done an amazing job, removing the tyres as well and refitting and balancing. wheels look brand new with a very high gloss! just a nightmare to keep clean! 4t id get them black as would hide the brake dust compared with anthracite or silver but wandering now! they look dull when covered in brake dust!


as for the flyeyes ive oredered the darker of the black tint but now looking at andy orange grande with the flyeyes am thinking i may have gone too dark. anyone with any pics of the dark flyeyes tints??

That seams reasonable to me, i paid £230 for my standard 17s to be powder coated mat black they took the tyres off and re balanced my wheels. One alloys was buckled but they got it out on the balancing machine didn't even charge me for getting the buckle out. I also got a 6 month kurbing voucher so i can get one alloy refurbed for free if i kurb it within 6 months.

They're being done black as Im not too sure anthracite looks great in my opinion. I went to the place the other day and they're full till next wednesday ! : O
Busy Busy !

Soo Its booked in for next saturday. I asked they're opinion as I couldn't decide on a gloss or a satin finish..
They Said satin but I thought gloss would look better and gloss is better protected.. apparently : P

The price is £50 per wheel + VAT And they are 17's and If you drop it of before 9 , its done the same day ready for a pick-up at 5. So its all good : )

Looking at the pictures above the Gloss black looks very good indeed and I think im going to go back there and change my mind as I went with them and said satin which is basically Matt.

Satin isnt basically Matt. If if was basically Matt then it wouldnt be called Satin would it?

I dont get what you mean about better protected? Are you talking about laquer? If you are they are all laquered so have the same protection.
