Hi, i was coming back from birkenhead 3 days ago and pulled into chester, however at the main roundabout i stopped and as i started off i hit 2nd gear and around 3000-3500 rpm i had no power and was reduced to a snails pace, i tried changing gears and pumpin the accelerator....eventually i had some power, it still happens from time to time. any ideas?? its a 1.2 active (i cant afford to be throwing away any power as it is lol)

Hmm could be a number of things, fuel contamination for one.

If its in warranty see a dealer as they might be able to get some diagnostics from the ecu which would help identify the cause.
