Just out of interest how much are people paying for new T-Jets and M-Jets (sporting) at the moment? By which I mean what sort of discounts are dealers giving these days?

Cheers. Dave

I was offered a new (pre regd) TJet for £4k plus £6.5k allowed for my 1.9 MJet, so £10.5k. I rejected their kind offer though. :D

i paid £9250 for my T-Jet (Pre Reg)
Seen them on www.fiatsupasaver.com for as low as £8995 (Pre Reg)
Which is a stupidly low amount of money for the car you are getting!

I think the M-Jet is roughly £1k+ more

I paid £11500 for mine new 3 months ago, but it was on 0% finance for 4yrs and i got a good trade in price for my old car.

Basically most garages will be nearly the same price, it will either be a low buying price and a low trade in price or vice versa.

Interesting,

I'm thinking of buying an Mjet with some extra's :)

I currently have a Mint 3yr old MGTF what do you think would be the best way to go about the change? Its all new to me and I've never traded a car in before. Don't really want to get ripped!

It looks like there are some good prices on pre reg but I want white, tints, leather and sub woofer. Not sure a pre reg would have all that?

if you want a standard car with no extras then pre reg is the way to go (y)

If you want to add any extras be prepared to pay a premium for them and then wait a few months for it to be built :bang:

Although you may get lucky and find a pre reg with what you want! I would get a bog standard white T-Jet then get the window tints and sub fitted after its delivered (prolly save a few quid too if you shop about) Can't help you with the leather though unless you get one with just leather as an option :(

Broadspeed.com are offering Mjet at just over £10k and Tjet at about £9.5, a saving of approximately £3.5k for a brand new UK sourced vehicle! They are much cheaper than Fiatsupasaver at the moment! They also seem to price extras lower than Fiat UK, you can potentially save £4k on a brand new MJet!:yum:

57 Grande Punto 1.4 TJET Sporting Turbo £11,995.00£3000.00£8,995.00

Anyone find it cheaper than that??

I bought my 14 month old carribean orange M-Jet with full leather, dual zone climate, blue and me, and skydome roof with 17k on the clock for 8k and that was without haggling as I NEEDED rid of my trade in

I rang them up about that offer and they has sold the last one at that price.

Take account you will have to add the cost of the paint on. So £370 for metallic or £250 i think it is for another colour. Only colour that you dont have to pay extra for is white.

Ive bought my T-jet from a place called auto finders for £9,570 in crossover black. Its not a pre reg, its a UK car, full warrenty got everything a dealer offers.

Im sure fiat say you cant have a white car and the leather as an option? Ive seen one with it but im sure if you have white its not meant to have leather.

Off topic I know but 1.5 facelifted Suzuki Swifts are going out for £8,250

Really good value as a FIAT alternative (y)

I've just ordered my 1.4tjet sporting from Autofinders for £9350 with all warrenty, road tax etc.. including the following factory options:
  • exotica red paint - 250
  • two-tone alloys (like in the new ad) - £200
  • tinted windows - £100
Couldnt find one anywhere else that could match that price. Also, i was told that I would be the first registered keeper of the vehicle. Basic price was £8995.

if any of you are looking, and not bothered about the extras, i would suggest the following sites, as there are dealers out there that have quoted me 8850 for the basic car:
  • autofinders
  • broadspeed
  • carsandfinance.com

The car will be registered in your name but to there address. You will then have to send off the change of address form to get it moved to your proper address :)

8weeks ish dependant on if fiat uk have any in stock and what extras you have. They can deliver the car if you want or you can go and pick it up from bakewell derbyshire.

Really? never knew that, it should make any difference tho, just inform the DVLA that theres been a change of address?
