Are the new M Jet and T Jet wheels now the same? they seem to be on the web site.

Now I hear the TJET cant be re-mapped I drwan towars the MJET.

thanks

Jon

Rumour has it that Fiat are no longer putting the M-jet wheels as we know them on the M-Jets any more, they have replaced them with the 1.4 wheels that come standard on the 1.4 Starjet sporting and 1.4 T-Jet sporting. The t-Jet can be remapped but due to it being a new(ish) engine the map has not been developed much and GSR/Red Dot are trying to improve the map. Correct me if i'm wrong peter.

Well I obviously have the 1.4 wheels and even after 22000 miles of brake dust and mud and crap all their lacquer is still on, in perfect condition, who can say that about most M-Jet wheels?

The "old" M-jet wheels are now listed as an accessory for a mere £700 quid or so. They may look slightly nicer, perhaps a bit old-fashioned now, but they are probably more prone to corrosion and harder to clean.
