Good stuff mate, looking forward to seeing that. Might do something similar on mine to keep with the red and black theme, :chin: .

Rich

it was surprisingly easy. i was going to do between top and bottom grille in carbon vinyl. but it was £26 for a metre square :bang:

looks veryvery good, far better than the original, its in metallic black so kinda reflects (y)

Yeah thats something else im still thinking about, just dont want to go too far and ruin the car.

Thats expensive isnt it.

Good, i wouldnt have a metallic finish myself because my wheels are like a matt finish and i think it would look strange.

Hmm, interesting, ill check your pics when they are up and see if i can convince myself to do it. How long did it take?

Lol, cheers mate. Im at work and bored so i thought i would scan the comp here for a pic and thats what i found.

very interested to see some pics. a DIY jobs now sounds a good option. is it easy to do because you cant exactly get at the back of the bumper can you?

was pretty quick tbh, a decent pair of cutters and maybe some electrical/masking tape.

theres little gaps on the bumper to just get a cable tie through (y)

dooo it :D

Im very tempted. I suppose if i want to i can always go back to the original. How many places did you secure it in? Did it take a few ties?

Rich

2 ties :D

i did it so you cant see them,

i did take some pics. but i cant get them onto the pc  its easy to get back to original aswell.

its only clips, i was surprised. go outside now and take a look :p

there'd you get the pricey mesh?

actually £26 a square meter aint bad. its £15 delivered on ebay for just 100cm x 25cm (quater the size?)
