These guys have an online shop selling all Fiat parts, They are a main dealer and I ordered a touch up stick from them, it stated very clearly on my order that I wanted paint code 104b, and they sent me code 571!

To date, I have emailed them twice, at different email addresses and recieved no reply.
Not a good service at all.

Just used these guys myself actually to order a touch up stick for my new Panda. I called around a few dealers and they were the only ones with stock of the colour I needed.

Although I found their website OK from an ordering perspective, I didnt think it gave much in the way of order progress feedback, so in the end I gave them a call for an update.

Must admit though, I found their service very good - order placed on Friday, stick delivered the following Monday.

I think its luck of the draw sometimes tbh - but hope your issue gets sorted promptly.
