nice. good game. my best kill/death ratio was 18/0 iirc. new maps available on friday.hopefully they will be better than the first strike maps.

Yea "First Strike" maps have been available for a while, but tomorrow 10/06/11 the new "Escalation" maps will be available for download... I will finally beable to use my £25 christmas prezzie voucher!
escalation has been "out" for over a month.... but only on xbox due to their contact deal. sucks being on ps3, but what can ya do. coincidentally, its also payday on the 10th for me.

as mind are taking forever from about 2 oclock this mornin and now at 13:21 its only on 17%
has anybody else had this problem ive googled it and a few other ppl have had this problem just wondering if anybody on here has

mine took a good few hours, but no where near that long. could be a prob with ur network or something. try restarting ur ps3 and router/modem and d/load again. may have got stuck in the back log of people trying to d/load it.
I downloaded it in about 2-3 hours. That's with a RJ45 network cable directly from my Wireless Router into my PS3. If your doing it wirelessly from your Router then you may find it takes longer. Plus, I only have Sky internet at about 4Mb. It was about 1980Mb do download.
I made a mistake first by downloading "BLES 01035", but as this didn't work I then realised that I was meant to download "BLES 01031", as shown in the game under "Store/Downloads".
It's pretty good now, I can go into the normal "Core/Team Deathmatch" and it will use a mix of the standard maps plus allowing me to use the new maps from "Escalation".
