Not going to spoil it but OH MY GOD IT'S AMAZING !

Nuff said.

Oh watch the credits.

Really really good film !

Just been to see it with Callum...

This. Film. Is. Epic.

:)

Not only probably the best Fast and Furious film but just a generally great film all round! Really well made, if your a film fan then you will love it!

its turned out a good film because it has nothing to do with fast and the furious anymore :D not a lot of car chases and yeah an opening at the end for number 6 :)

Really looking forward to seeing this, love the previous instalments - even the second one :) And as Martyn says, there's the Glasgow meet next Friday should anyone want to watch this again or for the first time. Odeon Braehead's one of the better cinemas in the Glasgow area :)

what date is the meet and ill mabee even get up for then if ming knows what im on about

Friday the 29th - was the original release of the film and didn't think I should change it after it was moved to the 21st. Hopefully shouldn't be as busy as it is during the first few days it's out. Think I may well just watch one of the first three I've got on dvd tonight actually :)

Doub't I can make the friday meet, fuel money =/

Agree with abyss, its a decent film in it's own right. Forget about the whole fast and furious thing, and it's still a great film. CGI is used but not as stupidly as tokyo drift etc and it isn't obvious...

Enjoy it :) the four of us that went were like children on christmas morning when the intro started - to be fair the whole cinema was being the half 11 showing it was mainly car folk :L - and as for Brian's first car he drives, you're in for a treat.

Rob! what time we meeting nxt Friday?? I'm working 2:45- 6:45, so get home around 7ish, & would take about 1hr to get out to Brahehead, or I could get changed @ work & head straight out, as I've got the Site Banner in the car along with Cable Ties.

So basically nearly 8pm is when you'd make it down. Show times to suit are 8:30 and 9:30 so fitting a meal in before that could well be a bit tight.

Can I ask what shift you're doing the following day? Just I'm mildly tempted to move the meet to the Saturday if that were more favourable though I'm not sure if that'd be less or more convenient for anyone else that's considering going even if they've not got their name down in the thread. I'd still be working till 5pm either way though as I've mentioned in the meet thread. Maybe continue this discussion there...

Whos going to this?

Currently only myself and Andi confirmed though as said, my mate Ally may well be able to make it. It's one reason I'm considering moving it to the following day if it's perhaps more convenient for people to come along on the Saturday. Only reason it was Friday in the first place was due to the original release date of the film a while back.

I don't work on Saturday's Rob.
Saturday's would probs be better for most folk.

Cool, well I'll pop it in the thread and see how people feel. I know it's in this thread too, but anyone checking the events thread should obviously know the latest discussions. Preliminarily though I'll change it to the Saturday.

Well that was dissapointing. Might not have been so bad if i hadnt been promised a treat and a film that could stand on its own and was still decent. So to avoid dissapointment for anyond else. A rip off of the italian job and any of the oceans films and a scabby old skyline. :( Dont expect great things ynu will be dissapointed.
