With quite a warm snap here at the moment I wonder if summer is here? There is supposed to be a cold spell again over the weekend but for the first time in a few years, I'm feeling optimistic about our potential summer months...

So.. c'mon folks.. get the projects thread filled up!! Get the cars cleaned and post before/after pics..get the gardens done and again.. before and after pics.

Cold snap? Damnit! I'd planned to get going with the garden this weekend but I guess that's on hold for some of the less hardy plants. Strawbs can be sorted though as they can cope with anything

As for the car, I suppose I could wash it...

Judging by the number of cars I saw this morning with some serious amount of snow on them Summer is most definitely not here

Meh.. just a blip.. we had snow this time last year as well. I'm still optimistic of a decent summer

Wow.. a day of 2 halves today!!.

Was up to turriff this morning with digger implements.. and the weather was awesome, shades on, dry roads, enjoying the drive.

Got to Milltimber and it was quite the opposite. Sleety shite, not rain, not snow... horrible.

Into town and the biggest snow flakes I have seen in years... was actually like sheets of snow as opposed to flakes. Every idiot and their dog slowed down to 20mph on Anderson Drive even though the snow wasn't lying...

Back out to Hatton and from the Bridge of Don.. beautiful again.

Seen the Temperatures go from 8°C down to -1° and up again to 5°..

He is by far the most accurate weatherman I've seen yet, and his reports are funny too.. he says there's a shitstorm coming on Sunday, but should mainly hit south West Scotland. We may miss it.

Ah yes, facebook. I have a page but there's sod all on it and it was only created to allow me to update the FS page. It's never checked either so yeah, no point in sending me friend requests because they get ignored. I have just one friend and even that's only because I had to friend Martyn to get access to our FS page.

It's a dreadful burden on him

I don't trust it to stay spring-like though so the blue plants will stay indoors for another week or so
