Question starter motor removal and refurb.

Hi all, does anybody know how to take a starter motor off a 1.7D fiorino, and is it possible to refurbish it myself as the local refurbishers want 75 to recondition my old starter

Re: starter motor removal and refurb.

UPDATE - my dad fixed the starter motor , it was a loose connection to the solenoid. So the money to repair the starter motor will be going towards the non existant hand brake
