I've got a stainless powerflow cat back for sale, it's a straight pipe with a small back box and a twin oval tip pics below, the white bits on the tip are masking tape as have it covered up so weather doesn't get to it.

cat included with exhaust, passed every m.o.t for 5 years with it on. whole thing is in excellent condition.

HOw loud would you say it is compared to a standard exhaust?

tbh compared to a pretty much silent normal exhaust theres a bit of difference, its more of a low bass grumble than ear shatteringly loud, motorway journeys are alright at 60+
