Guest | Front Subframe..! Hi, The wife's Bravo has failed the M.O.T. Rust holes on the subframe close to the wishbone mount. Looks like a reasonably straight forward job, question is :- Is the subframe bolted and bonded to the floorpan? Has anyone done this job. Any input would be appreciated. Cheers, John.

Guest | Re: Front Subframe..! ooo...i had this with mine, but luckely i spotted it before the MOT its a hell of a job lots of bolts. 2 big bolts holding it in each side at the front, then 4 or 6 more at the back then the rear gearbox mount also bolts to it and so does the steering rack. can be done in a day. its not welded on anywhere so its a straight forward job i did it by myself so it not that much hassle its just time consuming ![]() She's a monster soon to be revealed ![]() If they didnt want it stripping they shouldnt have used nuts and bolts ![]()
