No problem.
Take the rocker cover off being carefull to remove the gasket under it and either do it right and buy a new one or if you think it looks ok try putting it back on afterwards.
The oil feed bar is bolted down just unbolt it (it's obvious what you need to do)
And again remove the rubber seals from the ends and reuse if there ok or just buy some new ones.
Best thing i found to clean the bar out was petrol just fill a good sized container and sit the feed tube in it for as long as you can.
(if petrol seems a bit expensive try white spirit or some good degreaser or parafin etc)
I used an old toothbrush on my neighbours 1.4
Once the degreaser has had time to loosen or disolve everything i like to use an air line just to make sure it's clear but i suppose you could try blowing through it.
Then reassemble it all and if i was you i'd change the oil and filter while your at it.
