you need to open up the 3 bleeds for it. theres one on a pipe near the engine, and is like a plastic screw you just turn, the other is at the top corner of the radiator. then you just need to unclamp the bottom hose (buy a new clip to replace it first though, as i couldn't re-use the one i had. 97p or something it cost)
it'll all pou out.
top up slowly, and run the engine with the bleed open until bubbles stop coming out and just coolant does. check a dozen times after that, as it always seems to need more adding when i've done it.
actually, you'd maybe be better getting your hands on a haynes, as i'm not 100% sure i've just described it all that well....
