I'm guessing it'll have instructions and the lot in the kit... Is that a good price does anyone know?

These are the instructions

U get them in the box
And the price is OK, by my standards (Im not from England), the kit coasts 50£ in my country

I think my mate paid nearly £200 to have central locking fitted at Fiat about two years ago in his Punto, so if I get this and fit it myself it'll be nice :)

Gary

@Gary - this is a extension of the central locking, it only ads remote locking. Your m8, I presume, didnt have central locking preinstaled, so they had to install 1.

i recently purchased this kit from ebay for £60. (just put it in today) It is easy to install and a good buy if you want remote central locking.

sorry, just looked at the kit, i dont have the exact same one but they are all pretty similar.

Will this make ur lights flash to show the doors are locking/unlocking?

Nope.

Simply locks and unlocks doors at the press of a button. Total time to install - 30 seconds (25 seconds clearing crap from glovebox)

Also make sure your car is fitted with that relay, remove glovebox and check, some bravo's have a video cassette sized box in there with relays and the central locking wont fit in there.

So make sure your doesn't have a video cassette tape sized fuse box inside there.

If I take a photo of what's behind the glovebox, will someone be able to tell me if it'll go? I'm a bit clueless. It's a Mk2 1.2 SX

Yeah no probs, but i think the MK2 have the video cassette type box in there. But they a photo just in case.

Joske

doubt it. you'll want a cat 1 alarm for that

the pic. above is a users instruction for the MK2 model, my car. A 2000 year JTD 105 and it has the reley.

Mk2 1.2 has little relay box. mine did when I tried to fit my faulty RCL kit.
