ok recently my door has been makeing a awfull crackong sound when i open/close it, the fault is a little pin in the door which seems to be broken and is makeing the noise, my question is what is the part so i can go get a new one ?

i was looking through my haynes manual last night and i came across it in the section about removeing the doors and i thought at the time "pfft no need to write it down i will remember that" and erm..i forgot it, lol

but i need to order it today or go and get it today, so any help would be met with huge excitement by me and possably some sort of cuddily toy prise.

Try tightening the bolts that hold the check strap to the door. (That's what they call it).

I think what you are refering to is the door stay roll pin? Be carful though because it's on a very strong spring so keep your fingers clear of it cos it spring's back into the door.
