Modified and Performance - North East

Croft opens it's doors to the modified car market and plays host to a show that has been long due in this part of the country. Appealing to modified car enthusiasts and car clubs, both large and small, the show will be jam packed with girls, cars and plenty of track action.
MPNE - Giving the modified scene in the North East what it's been waiting for.

If your coming from the south, I'd recommend coming off at Leeming Bar through Northallerton and down the A167 towards Darlington :devil:

That's exactly what they're going to think. They're going to look through their window, see all these modified cars going past - and we all know they won't be driving quiet and slowly, especially on leaving the circuit.

you really have no idea of what goes on at these events do you? every one arrives an leaves slowly in convoys, only chavs you normally get about outside are local chavs who are not part of the show at all.

why are you so negative about every thing lately?

So you guarantee there won't be anyone driving like a ****? You have no idea of the very delicate situation this circuit is in. We're absolutly on the brink of losing this circuit for good - and that will be it for motor racing in the north. The nearest circuit from here is Cadwell and Donnington which are nearly 200 miles away.

Even if the ones who have came a distance come in slow convoys, it will still attract pikey chavs. It would only take one to do something stupid and bang - Croft is gone.

You of all people should know how much harm some NIMBY can do. Had it been some other time - fine. But in the current climate with the local parish council just dying to close Croft down - it's not good for the overall cause.

I truly hope I'll be proven wrong.
