Dear Steve,

Many thanks for your entry application. Unfortunately the event has proved to be so popular that we have had to put a hold on further entries for the time being. Your entry is very welcome and much appreciated but we have to abide by rules on street crowding and vehicle density imposed by Bristol Council on safety grounds. Nearer the time we will be calling for cancellations; after which we will hopefully be able to accept your entry.

I do apologise for the disappointment this may cause you but hopefully this will only be temporary as we really don't like to decline any entries.

all the ones in the centre are a bit expensive, try tavel lodge but i expect its expensive.

not too sure on ones close to the centre but i'm about 4 miles from the centre and there are loads, good a search for hotels/B&B near Cribbs Causeway, can convoy down then.

If anyone is stopping over, some of us from NF500.com are going out for Pizza's at Zero Degrees at about 8pm.

There are a couple of spare places & could always up the booking.
