I bought a 2010 multijet 3 years ago. I checked for the usual accident damage and signs of respray, and saw a tiny crack just below the sliding door runner near to where it bends into the opening for the side door. I got a bodywork guy to take the runner off, to reweld the crack, and he said all the fixing points were really badly rusted, so if you see any rust or cracks in that area......be prepared for a repair bill!!
Apart from that, drive it and see......mine had (and still has) a juddery clutch, when moving off when cold and pretty unpleasant in reverse, which spoil anotherwise nice drive.
As for the 130 giving more problems than a 120? My friend has a 130, and has had no gearbox issues, but has had a few electronic problems. (EGR lights etc.......but so have I).
Service history is worth having, but you're going to be due for a timing belt etc soon, so budget for that.
