The sliding windows on our camper are in a bit of a sorry state. They don’t slide very well, the catches won’t hold them shut and they are a bit minging to be honest.

I’m wondering if it’s feasible to remove them and replace with bonded glass (not bothered about being able to open them) and if anyone had ever done this and had pics. I think this would look better as it would match the window in the rear panel which has been bonded although the glass used is actually that from the MPV version as it has the blanking plugs where the hinges and opener catch would be.

After a bit of searching I managed to find a photo of a with a bonded glass panel fitted in the side door ?.

I’d love to do this also I was only thinking about posting the other day. Any one any solutions.
