Hi all I am at the end of my tether with my 05 1.9jtd cargo. I have a knocking noise from my front passenger side wheel. I have changed all the anti roll bushes in either side and I’ve changed the suspension arm on that side the knocking stopped for a week and now it’s back agai. I have had it up in the Ramps and my mechanic has tried all sorts to see if there is any movement in any part of the suspension but there is nothing whatsoever. Would the suspension mounting cause this problem it’s like a constant and repetitive sound when I’m going over uneven ground such as rough tarmac or potholed roads. Any help greatly appreciated before I practically rebuild the whole suspension system on the front end

Are you sure it's not the shock absorber top mount ? This is a common fault on the doblo ?

To be honest that’s my next port of call mate. My driver side front suspension is lower than the passenger son I’m changing the mountings and the both front shocks the same time and the springs probably. How did you get on?
My top mounts are gone both sides on my 02 plate jtd and are soon to be replaced, hope it's a bolt off bolt on job without needing to compress the spring.
