Removing rear door trim on 2007 Family

The cable has snapped on the rear off side sliding door, preventing the door from closing without physically releasing the door stay catch. I bought a new cable assembly, but can not see how to get the trim off to fit it.

Close to a year since posting, thought someone would have the answer. Never mind, it looks like itís a job for fiat.
