Hi,

I have the common problem of the heater fan not working on speeds 1 to 3.

Having read related posts on the forum, I understand it could be the resistor located under the glovebox.

I have found the screw to release it but there is a thin brown wire that runs from the resistor up under the dash somewhere.

Does anyone know where it goes and how I can release it to get the resistor out?

rheostat should be like this,block connector usually press the clips to remove,wire might have been added if one was faulty.

Thanks but mine looks different to that.

The resistor itself is a brown box and the thin brown wire comes out of the box and disappears towards the bulkhead somewhere.

I can't get the resistor out with this wire attached and it doesn't appear that it can be disconnected at the resistor end.

I don't think it has been added as my Dad's Doblo has the same.

Any ideas anyone?
