help, my drivers side Doblo electric window goes down but will not go back up, is this switch or motor

more likely switch but needs checked...does it go up sometim,es or never?

it does not move up at all, should there be a live to both wires connecting to the motor

if there are 2 wires on the motor it will be reverse polarity

the wires will swap polarity depending on going up or down.

for instance the blue wire is positive and the yellow negative in the down position but when going up the blue is neg and yellow positive.

So motor turns one way (up) then opposite way (down)

thank you for that clear explanation, off topic but can the central locking be disabled, each time I try to lock it locks and then unlocks

the reason why it unlocks again is due to the sliding door contacts....check them for damage (they break) and make sure doors are fully shut. Tailgate can also give problems.
