Hi can anyone help i have a 06 fiat doblo 1.9 jtd ,i started having problems 2 days ago i worked all day in the car as it is a taxi came home from work turned the engine off came back out about 15 minutes later and the car would'nt start then i tried bumping it down the hill but nothing so parked it up and phoned my breakdown company they came out about 1 hour later he tried the car and it started so i drove it back home turned it off again then tried starting it but nothing again so left it until the following morning tried it and it started so went to work done a few jobs running fine until i turned the engine off then would'nt start again its turning over fine but not firing it haven't started since i had it put on the fault machine all thats showing is 1 heater plug down and boost pressure problem on turbo is any of these things stopping it from running or could it be the fuel pump if anyone can help i would be grateful thanks

I have the same problem with my second van, my previous van had a simalar problem, it would stop and not restart untill left for some time, I fitted a new crankshaft sensor ( £36 ) and it was fine after that so tomorrow I will be fitting one to van 2

crank sensor fitted and now no problems
