But Ive no Croma experience ![]() Charlie

Posts: 20,605 Thanks: 731 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | My new panda felt like that.. I had to grt used to the operation of the pad switch.. Other option is attemp to remove tailgate inner trim and manually open the lock..to get the hatch in the air .. and then see what isnt working

Posts: 4,113 Thanks: 418 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | Re: Mackem Magpie Does it open with the soft pad? (this only works with all doors unlocked so you may have to press the door unlock twice) You can select which doors open with the door button, either just drivers door, all doors or all doors and tailgate. This is done via the menu system "KEY" function. If you select "ALL" then the tailgate should open with the doors. This will rule out a problem with tailgate button on the fob. If it does not open with the doors when you have set key to all you have a actuator or wiring issue. If it opens with that but not the soft button you hve a microswitch issue (search the Croma forum for old posts on this) If it open with doors and soft pad but not the tailgate button on the remote you have a remote issue. One thing to note is that if you close the tailgate with the doors locked the tailgate will lock when you close it so don't EVER put the keys down in the boot (e.g. to lift something out) bcuse if you cloe the tailgate you will lock the keys inside the car.
