Hi everyone
Do any of you know the whereabouts of a fiat breaker as it looks like I may have to send my daughters 1.9 16v 2005 Prestigio auto to the happy hunting ground because of a problem with it going into limp mode as and when it fancies it.
I thought that a specialist might be a bit more generous with the cash than a general breaker.
All suggestions welcome

Hi,
No idea of a breaker local to you. Cromas are not common so I don't think you will get much more from a specialist. How much have you been offered for scrap? It may be better to sell it for spares / repair on here or ebay.

I have been having the same problem with my wife's 1.9 16v 2006. It's intermittent so to me seems as if it's an electrical contact issue. If I disconnect the MAF sensor it's OK, but all tests showing MAF sensor to be OK including Garages diagnostics. Think I will change MAF sensor anyway to eliminate that. Could be an issue in the wiring.. Seems a shame to scrap the car if the rest of it is OK. I've spent way to much on ours to give up now.
