He is breaking this croma http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2006-FIAT...arts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3cbf1c1f44

i arranged to buy stalks, a bit of interior trim( rear doorstep kick plate thing) and fuel flap catch on 10th November, after a few emails he said the trim had broke and do i need another part instead, all i could think of was passenger fog light as mine had cracked, he agreed to send it when he could work out how to remove it,

I then got no parts and he stopped replying to emails, so i opened a paypal dispute, he then replied he would refund my £100 i gave him if i canceled the dispute, unless i still wanted the parts, i said i would prefer the parts, today the parts arrived but the fuel catch flap was broken, spring had been removed.

so i changed paypal dispute to broken part and asked for £35 back, what i though was fair as its been over a month then one of the parts i needed most was broken, and he must have known the catch was broke as flap wouldn't have popped open with spring missing. he then sends this reply

"I just pushed the the cap open i cant belive you want £35 back for that, stalks would have cost you over £200 new or any scrap yard would say £80+ spot light would be £45 at any scrap yard, catch would be £20 tops at a scrap yard, Well you win ill sent the £35 as you want"

Yor thred titl confusd me. Aha - "ebay member". Sorry!

I bet he didn't pay much more than £100 for the car. Considering he's still got 99.9% of the car, he's clearly a greedy grabbing bastard.

I don't think scrapyard owners go through customer care school though. I think the bad attitude is as compulsory as having a psycho dog.
