OR you could just set your Sound Card to record from "Stereo" and then set up sound recorder or another audio recording tool and then have the page open for the duration of the song.

thanks for this but i tried it and all i could manage to do was save the actual .swf file not rip the sound out of it as .wav/.mp3 which i want to do lol

any other suggestions?

He did it like Trance said above, just set your normal recording program to record the current mixer output of your computer - so whatever is output to speakers is also grabbed by your recorder and saved to file Only problem is you can get unwanted stuff in too - like liam says - the odd MSN ding
