Still looking for meets that happen within driving distance of Reading, I guess London areas are going to be the only options. But I know there's one in Nottingham being arranged soon, so that's closer to you.

Why not sort out a meet put it on here and see who responds, im in Bucks and I know there's another near me then there's a few further North. Keep your eyes on the Midland Italia group posts. Don't worry none of us bite. But as I said the best way to get a meet close to you is organise it. All you need is somewhere to meet and have a chat (supermarket?), somewhere to eat (pub with decent parking) and possibly somewhere to get some photos &/ or a nice country drive, how hard is that?

On the meet I organised we even did a bit of impromptu geocaching thanks to dombooth.

Yes went past Reading today on our way to Castle Combe. I'm in Bucks too & there are quite a few round & about.

Find something interesting to do after the food (food being the most important factor after room to park), and you'll get more takers. If I'm not already committed to a show, I'll do my best to come to any meet

Chicken ! At a meet is a must, is there any meets in Northampton area that you would know of ,driving to the highlands would be a bit excessive
