This CLX model has the 1000cc FIRE engine with Weber carburettor and points ignition. The Panda is in excellent condition; the chassis is extremely solid, the interior and paintwork are excellent, and it has no rust aside from one patch on the windscreen scuttle (in photos). It starts easily and runs smoothly at the right temperature.
Since I’ve had the car I’ve rebuilt the rear drum brakes with all new components inside, flushed the brake fluid, rebuilt and refreshed the carburettor, replaced the entire ignition system, and generally adjusted the tuning to get the car running perfectly.
I’ve had a lot of fun fixing and driving this little car over the past 5 months but now she’s moving on so I can focus on getting my other car back on the road. It has 10 months on the MoT, quite low mileage (49,692), and has obviously been well looked after by its previous owners, of which there are only two before me.
It is a great example of a Panda, and I’ll be sorry to see her go. If you have questions about the car please let me know.
