What is the best way of removing this? I am getting the clicking noise and it needs replacing. Cheers

You just knock it out with a drift and a hammer. But first check that the clicking is from the pin itself: fairly often either the bolts holding the "strap" come loose or the strap -- or where it mounts -- begins to fracture around the bolts.

Might be worthwhile taking a peek and, if need be. replacing the whole assembly.
