have put a k&n kit on my sporting today, any suggestions as to how to get more cold air to the thing and where people have purchased tubing etc.
am quite impressed so far car feels quicker and sounds better.[8D]

you can buy tubing from diy stores or some car spares shops, its not to exensive.remember when you route the trunking leave a gap between it and the filter so if you scoop up water with tube(huge puddles etc) theres less chance of it getting in the engine

Cinq Sporting - and yes, its broom yellow!

If you can route it away from hot engine components then a bit extra cold air won't hurt.

Thinking about gettin a K&N next week. I'm pretty sure I know how to get rid of all the old fittings, thanks to my Haynes manual, but I'm still a little confused. Been looking around the scrap yard to get a good idea of how to do it
