Today after driving home after dark I noticed that my full beam wont work ????

If I pull the stalk towards me the blue dash light comes on and I get full beam .

If I clik the stalk down for full beam to stay on I get nothing ???? no blue light on the dash and no full beam :bang:

I'm guessing that I will need a new stalk set as i'm also getting a sort of burning smell to go with the lack of extra light ?

everythijng else works fine

Any help would be great

If i need to get a new stalk set can i use the one of a sei ?

are ur current stalks like the later cinqs / sei ? if they're not, then no u cant just get on of them

sounds like the switch has broken though. mine has done the same, i'll fix it one day!

To be honest I have no idea what version mine are ??

They are hollow at the back and the car is a 1996 P-reg
its no big deal not having full beam but id like to get it done if i see a cheap stalk on e-bay etc etc

PS nothing beats a good blast of full beam to warn fellow road usesrs

I have been looking at new cars instead of shelling out more on the Cinq.

I may well buy it anyway as i think the full beam is a stipulation for the MOT ???????
