just a thought...

i was on the www.euroncap.com site and was reading about the sei. I always knew they were a bit fragile ;)

but the results of the crash gave it a 1 star rating!! and when you read the injuries that can happen, it was scary to say the least..

I hardly ever wear a seatbelt. i will starting from 2day! anyone ever crashed one (sei/cinq)?

ah well....life on the edge in my sei!

Dont sound shocked....Im the one that will have your head embedded in my windscreen if we crashed.

I couldnt care less about you but if your going to hurt me or anyone I know or care about because you didnt wear your seatbelt then you can just f**k right off.

Kneecaps maybe? I dunno.

Alfie, sorry mate, didnt mean to offend you :), its just that when people do something on purpose that they know is dangerous it really gets my back up. Its not as if anyone could miss the seatbelts on a Cinq by accident, they bright flipping red! :D So, no offence mate but just remember to belt up! :)

Maybe if i would have said 'baseball bat', it may have read better :) I never move off the driveway without a seatbelt on, just common sense for staying alive really.

I always worry about getting squashed by a lorry though....

(note b4 i say this, i always wear seatbelt, but neway [:p])

my m8 wasnt wearing his belt when he rolled his metro not long ago, and had parcel shelf with 6x9's which wasnt secured down, when he rolled the parcel shelf flew forward and hit him in the back of his head, had he been wearing a seatbelt the seatbelt would have locked and he wouldnt be here today...

Cinquecento Sporting,
and yes it is indeed Broom Yellow \o/

So not wearing a seatbelt saved his life eh. I bet 95% of people with sub boxes in their boot dont screw/bolt them down either. Tut tut. I wouldnt want 2 12" subs in a heavy box heading my way in an accident. Velcro makes me laugh too :)

a friend of my brothers was severly injured due to her not wearing a seat belt. She died in the arms of her sister shortly after.

Not wearing a seat belt is moronic.

Cinq Sporting - and yes, its broom yellow!

Common sense saves LIVES. Simple. I always make sure mine's on. I once made a little switch/relay thing that wouldn't allow you to start the car unless the seatbelt was clipped in. That's got me safety concious, i always belt up every trip.

Speedbumps are my arch enemys!!!

Hi,

My cousin had a sei sporting abarth which he crashed in some style, which included clipping a kerb, going up on two wheels, clipping the other kerb, landing again, then hitting the kerb he hit first, flipping, landing and then rolling over twice in a field. Got some pics, will post them in the gallery soon. If anyone wants to see sooner i can e-mail. The car did quite well actually, he got out with a cut to the head where he put it through the drivers window and all importantly some very bad bruising where the SEAT BELT locked him into position, saved his life!!!!

jimcento;)

Am i the only person to get my cinq airborn and sideways????
