Hi all


I have a Cinq with electrical demons and my other half just got given a Sei Schumacher which has been sat for 5 years.


The gaitors, bushes, mounts... just about anything rubber, has now perished. My Cinq has good bits and bobs and I was just wondering if any of the suspension, drive shafts, wishbones, track rods, engine mounts etc. are interchangeable from the Cinq to the Sei?


I know he was given the car but it defeats the object if it costs hundreds and hundreds to sort it out and I have a good Cinq donor if the bits fit

What trim Is the cinq. Sporting are 20mm lower than sx. All suspension will fit bolt for bolt no prob. Bit ride height might be a bit funky. I'm guessing the engine mount are the same. Gearbox mounts to the chassis leg might be different. Drive shafts are the same if the output shaft on the box doesn't hold the gearbox oil in( haven't come across this yet).

In my view. I bought 4 shocks off eBay to see the quality of them. And they drive surprisingly well. 80 euro all in delivered.
Parts are cheap. You might be better just buy components like the shocks. CV boots and engine mount. It is likely that there not great in the cinq either

I am in the same boat as you as my cinq sporting was sitting for 3 years. All bushings are starting to crack so I'm polybushing the hole car. It'll be better for it in the long run
